Your Marketplace account
You will only be able to login to the Bloom Marketplace after your account has been created by either the team at Bloom or your organisation.
If you have forgotten your password for the Bloom Marketplace, you can have it reset. Note that this process will only work for users that actually have an account with us. To get started, visit https://thebloommarketplace.com and select the "Forgot your password" link as highlighted below:
You will then be asked to enter your email address and click the reset my password button.
You will then receive an email containing a recovery code via the email address you entered. If this email does not come through, please see this article for assistance: Email from The Bloom Marketplace not being received
Once you receive your recovery code, return to your browser and enter it within the Code field along with a New Password. You will need to repeat the new Password.
Your chosen password does need to meet certain criteria and these will be displayed as a tick if your password is accepted.
Tap the Change Password button and you will be returned to the login screen so you can access Marketplace with your new details.
Try and choose a password that is both secure and memorable. Mixing letters and numbers is a great idea. Alternatively, use a secure password manager. Never share your login with another user.
