Permissions Required!
This section does require specific permissions, which are detailed here: User Roles and Permissions
This area will allow you to manage users within your organisation and control their access to the Bloom Marketplace. As this is quite a powerful function, access to manage users is restricted to a small number of roles.
Selecting the User tab will display a list of the current users for your organisation and display:
- First and last names
- The user's email address
- Job title
- Role in the Bloom Marketplace
For the role in the Bloom Marketplace, users can have a single role or a combination of roles. The example below shows a single role allocation and a user with multiple roles assigned:
If a user is disabled and locked out of Marketplace, you will see the no entry symbol next to the role like this:
Adding a New User
To add a new user to your organisation, and to grant them access to the Bloom Marketplace, follow the steps below:
- Click the Add New User button at the top right of the users list
- Complete the fields on the new window, paying attention to the email address
- For the Role section, click the field and you will be able to select one or more roles for the user. The example below is for clients - suppliers will differ slightly:
- Tick all the roles required and click the Done button
- Once you are happy, click the Save New User button
- The user will then be sent an invite to the Bloom Marketplace. This process is detailed here: Accessing Marketplace for the first time
The user can now access the Bloom Marketplace on behalf of your organisation!
For further help with roles, please refer to the user roles article here for more information:
