R-01 - Project stages and statuses explained

Audience: All users

Description: The full set of project stages and the statuses within each.

Type: Reference guide.

Stages:

• New Request - The New Project Request submission and approval journey.
• Sourcing - Project approved and sent to JAGGAER for sourcing.
• Delivery - Project actively being delivered.
• Closed - Project completed.

Statuses:

• In Draft - Buyer has started but not submitted the New Project Request.
• Buyer Approval - New Project Request submitted for buyer approval, not yet submitted to Bloom.
• Submitted - New Project Request submitted by the buyer (post buyer approval); Bloom review not yet triggered.
• In Progress - Actively being reviewed by Bloom teams.
• On-Hold - A PBP & Compliance user can place an New Project Request on-hold at any point during the approval process.
• Preparing For Sourcing - All validation checks passed; being prepared for JAGGAER handoff.
• Approved - Fully approved and handed off to sourcing.
• Rejected - Project rejected at a review stage.
• Not Started - Project stage not started.
• Set Up Incomplete - Information missing on a line created.
• Completed - Project successfully completed.
• Archived - Project archived. Terminal state.

Statuses by stage:

• New Request - In Draft, Submitted, In Progress, On Hold, Rejected, Preparing For Sourcing, Approved, Archived.
• Sourcing - Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Archived, On Hold.
• Delivery - Set Up Incomplete, Not Started, In Progress, On-Hold, Completed, Archived.
• Closed - Completed.

Existing Elevate delivery statuses being mapped:

• Active → Delivery, In Progress
• Closed (stage) → Closed, Completed
• Completed (status) → Closed, Completed
• Not Valid → Delivery, Set-up Incomplete
• Suspended → Delivery, On-Hold
