How do I get access to the Elevate platform?

You will be setup in the Elevate Platform by our team. We will share your new account details with you.

An email will be sent to you with a link to the Elevate platform and your new password. Your username will be your email address. When you login, you will be able to see your existing projects, which will have been migrated for you into the new system.

All of our existing users will be onboarded in phases to the new Elevate platform from  October 2024. We will be in touch with further information about the onboarding process as soon as it the turn of your organisation.
