This section does require specific permissions, which are detailed here: User Roles and Permissions
The finance tab of the My Organisation section will allow you to access various aspects of the financial side of your organisation. To make any changes, tap the edit pencil icon at the top right of this screen:
You will then see the following screen allowing you to make your changes:
The sections available to edit are:
- Payment Method - This will only display the available payment methods for your organisation
- Invoice Method - This will only display the available invoicing methods for your organisation
- VAT - Here you will be able to manage your VAT registration status and, additionally, add your VAT reference number. If the number you enter is invalid then you will be asked to correct it
- Finance Contact - This should be set to the individual or team within your organisation that you wish to receive finance-related notifications.
The finance contact is populated by selecting from a list of users who you wish to set as the finance contact. This user does need to exist in the organisation users first, however.
