Prerequisites:

• You must have started a New Project Request (see B-02).

Steps:

1. During the New Project Request process, upload your specification and supporting documents.
2. Where required, upload documents against the relevant approval task.

• The maximum upload size is 64 MB.
• Upload clear and accurate documents - they help Bloom assess requirements and speed up review and approval.

What happens next:

• Uploaded documents are attached to the project and become accessible to Bloom on submission.
